At Dwellët, we strive to deliver high-quality jewellery and clothing to our customers. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Unboxing Video Requirement (Mandatory)
Customers must record a clear and continuous unboxing video while opening the package.
The video must show:
The sealed parcel
The complete unboxing process
The product received
This unboxing video is mandatory for any return, replacement, or refund request.
Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Eligibility for Returns / Replacements
Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:
Product received is damaged
Product received is incorrect
Missing items in the order
The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Customized or made-to-order products
Products that have been used, worn, washed, or altered
Products without original tags and packaging
Orders reported after 24 hours of delivery
4. Return Process
To initiate a return or replacement, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
Order ID
Unboxing video
Clear images of the issue
Our team will review the request and notify you regarding approval or rejection.
Approved returns must be sent back in original condition.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Refunds will be completed within 7–10 working days after approval.
6. Shipping Charges
Delivery charges of ₹49 are non-refundable.
In case of approved damage or incorrect product, return shipping will be arranged or guided by Dwellët.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
Dwellët reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.
