      - Shipping & Delivery
We deliver products across India using reliable courier services such as DTDC and Indian Post.
Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 working days, depending on the delivery location and distance.
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
A flat delivery charge of ₹49 is applicable on all orders unless mentioned otherwise.
    - Order Processing
Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Order confirmation details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
      - Mandatory Unboxing Video
Customers must record a clear and continuous unboxing video while opening the package.
The video must show:
The sealed parcel
The complete unboxing process
The product received
This unboxing video is mandatory for any claim related to damage, missing items, return, or refund.
Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
      - Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
In case of a damaged or incorrect product, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless damaged during transit.
After verification of the unboxing video and product condition, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
     - Product Information
We make every effort to display accurate product images and descriptions.
Slight variations in color, design, or size may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution.
All measurements provided are approximate.
     - Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in INR (₹).
Dwellët reserves the right to change product prices, delivery charges, or offers at any time without prior notice.
Orders will be confirmed only after full payment is received.
    - Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, logos, designs, text, and graphics, is the property of Dwellët.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
     - Limitation of Liability
Dwellët is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our control.
